Delete your CrossCaps account

You can delete your CrossCaps account (by Wharf Street Studios) and all of its data at any time, in the app or here on the website. You don’t need the app installed to do it.

Or in the CrossCaps app
- Open CrossCaps and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Can’t sign in?
Email admin@wharfstreetstudios.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my CrossCaps account”. We delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting is immediate and permanent. It removes your sign-in account and everything linked to it:
- your email address, name and profile picture;
- your watchlist and price alerts;
- your Ask CrossCaps conversation;
- your Ride the Chart scores, including on the leaderboard;
- your notification settings and the phones registered for alerts.
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you. Our servers’ request logs (including IP addresses) are kept for a short time for security and then deleted. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
