CrossCaps shows market data and AI-generated explanations for information and discovery only. Nothing in it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. CrossCaps does not execute trades. Cryptoassets are highly volatile and unregulated. Always do your own research, and consider professional advice before you invest.

Prices come from third parties, including CoinGecko and Yahoo Finance. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and some are snapshots or demo data; each price shows how fresh it is. Ask CrossCaps answers are generated by AI and can be mistaken. Alerts are best effort: they can arrive late or not at all, so don’t rely on them for time-critical decisions.

You need an account for your watchlist, alerts, Ask history and the Ride leaderboard. Keep access to your email or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.

Please don’t:

• scrape, copy or resell CrossCaps data or answers;
• use bots or automated access, or get round rate limits or security;
• submit fake Ride scores or abuse the leaderboard;
• use CrossCaps for anything unlawful or harmful.

We may remove scores, limit access or close accounts that break these terms.

CrossCaps is provided as it is and as available. We may change, pause or stop features at any time, and we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. The CrossCaps name, design and code are ours; market data belongs to its providers.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of CrossCaps or reliance on its data, answers or alerts, including trading or investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
